The Vancouver Street Soccer League is lucky to receive a great deal of coverage from the city’s various news organizations. This coverage has frequently been crucial in helping us secure batches of funding, and with raising our public profile.
The match between the VSSL and Kettle Society in July of 2016 received quite a bit of coverage.

In June of 2016, the VSSL made it in national UK and Canadian news when The Guardian covered the League’s Annual Trip to June Sports at Alert Bay.
The VSSL was thrilled when Megaphone Magazine did a profile about our new Community Coaching program in their May 2016 issue.
Our 2015 Holiday Haul was covered by Vancity Buzz and Hello Vancity. It was also featured in a clip by CBC Vancouver (at 23:30).
